- Please note that at this time items are made to order. Production times range from 7-14 business days before items are shipped.


REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

- Items may be returned for an exchange or store credit only within 14 days of receipt. 

- Items marked "Sale" are final sale.

- In order for us to process an exchange or store credit we require that the item be returned in the manner that it was shipped. We will not except  items that have been worn, soiled or damaged.

SHIPPING

- All items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, which takes, 3-5 business days.  Once your item(s) have shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

- ECLECTICIST is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages.
